BOOKING INFORMATION
Bookings can be made by phone at 418-763-4647, through our online contact form, or by writing at ariseguiding@gmail.com
Guests must acknowledge they have read and understood our important waiver before making any payment. A paper waiver will also be presented to you when you meet your guide.
Bookings are secured when payment is made, on a first come first served basis. In order to secure your booking, a 50% payment must be made. Dates are not reserved until the deposit has been made. The remaining balance must be paid in full, 30 days before the first day of your booking.
Any booking made within 30 days of the start date must be paid in full to secure.
PAYMENTS
We accept Canadian cheques, Interac e-transfers, electronic transfers or cash. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a payment has been made, the booking has been secured. Bookings are non-refundable. We encourage guests to carefully consider their options, objectives and motivations.
We do our best to accomodate our guests, but we cannot shoulder everyone else’s risk all the time. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
Due to unforeseen events, we recognize that it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule trips. Arise Guiding reserves the right to cancel trips due to conditions, weather, safety, etc. If a cancellation occurs on behalf of Arise Guiding, a full refund will be issued.
During the busy season, our guides are often fully booked. If a guest requests to reschedule a confirmed booking, we will do our best to reschedule bookings to an alternate date if a 30-day notice is given beforehand. For a rescheduled booking, a 25% fee will be applied from the previously made payment.
